The bus left right on time from 177 Huntington Ave. which is a very convenient location. It's just steps away from the Green Line. The bus was very clean and the driver was friendly. However, the trip did take almost six hours...the bus left Boston at 11am, and arrived at Port Authority at 4:45pm. For such a long ride, the bus really should have have made one stop halfway through for passengers to use the restrooms. Although there is a port-o-pot on board, many passengers are unable to use the bus toilet while the bus is in motion. A six hour ride is too long to ask passengers to hold it the whole way. In adition, the driver took several detours (to avoid traffic) which actually lengthened the travel time, including going into NJ and coming back through the Lincoln Tunnel. Overall, a good experience... I would simply add one 15 minute stop halfway through for passengers to use the restrooms at a public rest stop.

Good service

Driver Mr Duane was very excellent. Despite the holiday traffic and how it affected the arrival time to New York, he was able to get there safely and exercise caution when driving. We arrive at 6:15pm but I’m not upset at all. If I’m ever traveling to DC or from there to NYC I hope he is driving still.

The bus ride is comfortable and the driver very pleasant.

A suggestion that drivers can make announcements for various stops. Also it would be a great experience to be greeted by the drivers.

I would suggest stopping once halfway through the trip (probably in CT) to allow passengers to use the restrooms. Even though the bus is equipped with a toilet, not everyone can use it while the bus is in motion. The trip might take an extra 15 minutes, but it's worth it if passengers are more comfortable.
