    The bus drivers should know if the charger outlets are working. The first bus driver said the outlets were not working. When the second bus driver took over, he was told that the charger outlets were not working. He checked and flicked the switch and turned them on.

    I honestly like this bus better than the other buses in china town. This driver was organized and on time

    There's been a transformation that im loving. There's bus was clean, driver was respectful, the temperature was normal (I didnt need a jacket or cover). Theres been many occasions where the bus was freezing cold and I got sick because I didnt bring a sweater or jacket. I really love this experience and the transformation was necessary. Only issue i notices was no charging port. Come fully charged up.

    Bus was on time and driver was nice. The Bus was very squeaky and loud. But other than that, great experience. Thank you.

    Bus was on time and the driver was nice. His driving style was pleasant and we even arrived in NYC a little earlier than expected. The emergency exit window that I sat next to was was wiggly and draughty. It let in a lot of cold air. That should be checked. Other than that, perfect experience. Thank you.
