    I had an issue where I arrived early and there was another OurBus leaving an hour before, I asked the ticket taker if I could switch. He said I need to buy a ticket for the 8pm, and then OurBus would refund me for my 9pm ticket that I didnt use. I contacted OurBus and they are trying to not refund me. This is very frustarting, I would not have taken the 8pm bus if the staff did not tell me I woud be refunded for the 9pm. Can you assist?

    I just wish for us that live right off the exit the bus comes off from to ride through the whole city.
