Great service, punctual, decent staff, clean and comfortable buses

I have been using your service for so many years. But unfortunately the last 2 trips were not good. The trip is becoming more uncomfortable due to the seat cushions are so worn out. If extra cushion would be added then my family, friends and I can continue using your service. I also had an issue where an Asian man had the audacity to put his dirty feet with no socks across from me right on my seat. That was so rude and disgusting. Young to cleveland my luggage smelled of some kind of seafood. I really think they should wrap the boxes of food in plastic to avoid destroying other people's belongings. Just a few issues for future reference. Thank you for your services to getting me to travel back and forth to see my family.

Got there pretty fast which is great for me thank you!!

Love this bus.

The driver was took his time yesterday during the snow storm. He was careful and didn’t speed. I appreciate him taking his time. I take this bus offen and have no complaints!!!

Yes I would recommend this bus company. My family and myself use them all the time!!! It’s reliable and always on time.

Great service. Hardworking staff. Thank you.
