Xiangping Chen, aka Jimmy Chen, founded IvyMedia Corporation aka GotoBus.com in the summer of 2000. Before founding IvyMedia Corporation/GotoBus.com, he held various software development and management positions at PTC and SolidWorks. He was quite active in computer science research and his publications were well received in the Computer Aided Design research community.
Chen has a Ph.D. from Computer Science at Purdue University; as well as a Master's and Bachelor's Degree from Zhejiang University.
