    GotoBus is a biggest disaster company what I ever had. I ordered my tickets 5 weeks before go. Every day I got reminded in emailed, but in morning day when we leave to New York I got a call that tickets have been sold. I called to customer service GotoBus many many times, no answer, by email helping link ask pay$1, but took $52. I blocked my credit card and still not refunded my tickets. It’s scam, fraud Chinese company.

    The waiting room and the bus were both clean. The trip was on schedule throughout. However, there was no free WiFi and no charging ports. Driver was a very good driver but never spoke to us.
