Bus driver was unprofessional. My stop was scheduled for Norfolk Virginia on my ticket. Driver tells everyone to get off bus because Virginia Beach was last stop. Over all drivers attitude was not good.

On Sunday 3/12/23, We had to wait..... In the freezing cold for our bus, to Virginia Beach that was over 2 hours late. We were not told the ETA until around 5:15 because the "Manager" who was very nice, had no prior information to give us because he hadn't recieved any.. We still had to wait an additional 40+ min before the bus came. In addition to that, the heat did not work properly, even after asking the driver to turn it on, for the entire 7 hour trip in 30° weather!. Also, this delay caused a serious inconvenience to my friend who I came to be with because she was having an medical procedure. She had to come outside at 1:30am to meet me, In the cold and rain, with serious physical issues. We are both seniors and that made no sense! I feel I should be compensated for all the inconvenience. I would have written sooner but, had to focus on preparing my friend for her surgery!!!! I'm totally dissatisfied and complaining!!!

My trip to dover delaware was excellent. But my return trip was a no show. I had to purchase transportation to New York from another provider. A call came from the virgina VA office but a message was not given by them about the situation. I feel that a refund result should be awarded for this mishap to reach an admirable decision about this matter.. Thank you.

I was very surprised and impressed…I used to Drive Coach Buses for Coach USA, Short Lines and Funaway…When I’m riding as a Passenger.. I don’t go to sleep, But with this experience I’d did… woke up when we was in New Jersey notice the Bus Driver operating safe… Went back to sleep then I’d noticed I was in the City…Wow… Awesome ?

I wasn’t able to get on the bus because of traffic so I missed my bus and couldn’t get a reschedule never again will I ride with them

Bus never came to address on your website.. .update your website.....now the person I got the ticket for Can't go to his Doctor appointments and he needed this Bus to make his appointment time...Thanks for nothing I will never purchase a ticket again...unless you get my Friend on another bus.

The bus was 30 minutes late we then had to wait for the bus to get cleaned before boarding which isn’t a issue due to Covid / flu going around but the bus was sold out & my seat was soaking wet i assume previous passenger spilled something i rode from VA to NY in a wet seat not acceptable at all pants were soaked & had to spend extra money on a cab home from downtown Manhattan because they were wet i didn’t want to get sick in 27degree weather this was 12/26/22 5pm bus to NYC
