    Driver/ bus or van who suppose to pick me up never got there, I supposed to get picked up at 7:30 and never showed up. I showed up to the address where I supposed to get picked up, door was closed, they never opened. I was there until almost 8:00 am, I asked people who was around and they said that they never see any van or bus there to pick up people. I’m asking to get my money back.

    I had one issue. Apparently I was supposed call or go register with the bus a day or hours before so I was rescheduled for the next bus

    I am completely disappointed with this service. It was not stated on the website when I purchased the tickets that they were going to charge for our suitcases. If I would’ve known you charge for suitcases I would have not purchased this service. I also don’t appreciate the staff who we were speaking to. They were unprofessional with customer service. They also made more stops than previously mentioned when purchasing the tickets. I won’t be purchasing any services with this company again.

    Old Ford Van, AC was on, but not air-conditioning. Had windows, side-windows open, blasts all the way, noisy and cold on moving, hot when stuck in traffic. Driver skill is excellent, stay alert all times, is recommended.
