    The people who gets on the bus is disrespectful and have no respect for others personal space , other than that the company overall is great

    Communication is a bit poor. And sometimes a bit rude. Or maybe is a language barrier thing. The ride was good. No complaints there. They even have charging ports which was a plus.

    Good morning this bus left on time, the driver drove good not speeding, the driver informed the passenger's what spots we we're making, the only problem was the bathroom wasn't clean & didn't have toilet paper.

    I booked the secondary seat for a friend who was also going with me on this trip to visit my son in Albany. We both laughed at the gentleman in front of me who will not let anyone sit next to him
