The bus was clean however the outlets didn’t work. Only the one with the usb port worked so that was a bummer because I have a fast charger which has a usb-c. The driver was okay until we approached Schenectady. We were 30 mins away and state street was blocked off because there was a horrible accident. The driver ended up in the same spot 5 times after numerous passengers told him where to go. He ended up at a dead end road and that alone took 15 minutes to back out of. After 45 minutes of going in a circle my girlfriend got up and had to direct him with the gps. We arrived at Schenectady 30 minutes late. Such an inconvenience. How are you a driver and can't follow directions???
