Ride to NYC was fine, ride back to Albany was pretty bad. Someone smoked in the bathroom, filling the bus with smoke. Even double masking didn't help. The bus shook so much that I got motion sick and got a bad headache. Otherwise, it was affordable, got me where I needed to go, arrived at the destination early, was quiet, and other than the pervasive smell of smoke, was clean. Pick up and drop off locations were convenient.

Passenger smoke inside the bus which is unsafe and uncomfortable those who do not smoke like me

Staff act like a robot and do not show friendly manner

I accidentally purchased my ticket Monday but was leaving Sunday same time and I explained that to the staff she didn't care and made me still buy another ticket . The bus was empty only 10 people on the bus . I feel she could of let me use that ticket because the bus was empty so I wasn't taking a seat from anyone. Be more courteous

I needed to reschedule my ticket because I got sick and they couldn't help me that's not good.
