Sky Horse Bus

Felt a little roomier than usual. Always great to be able to charge my phone during the ride.

Very happy. Fast confortable.

Best is that there is a change of drivers midway during the trip. 1st driver was quiet and was not on phone. 2nd driver spent some time on phone, but at least was not loud.

There should be a standard set on bus temperature. It seems to be totally at the discretion of the driver. From Columbus to New Stanton the bus was overheated. It was much better from New Stanton to NYC. A passenger in Columbus complained she was cold. The driver turned up the heat because of this single request. Drivers this trip were quiet and not constantly on the phone - that is an improvement.

I just don't understand why the second driver was always on a telephone conversation with someone & I could hear his voice from where I am seated...Would that not disrupt his ability to focus on his driving where the safety of his passengers should be his primary concern? Are they allowed to use their phone for personal matters for long hours while on the job (while driving)?? I didn't feel safe...
