    The driver was discourteous. I had a very large suitcase for my travel. Both drivers going and on my return never offered to help. I’m a female and both drivers were males. I was very shocked that they didn’t offer to help. The driver on my return ride was very rude. I had to catch an earlier bus and was charged $10 in cash to reschedule when the bus was empty. I would still use them for the convenience but their customer service is not up to par.

    BBBus staff should wear something that identifies them as such -- the nice gentleman who checked us in in Baltimore didn't seem to have clothing or an ID tag saying he worked for BBBus so I was hesitant to give him my boarding pass.
