    Bus was very late, had to transfer buses in Delaware and hold child in lap even though ticket was paid bought for him as well. RLB557277 was Damien Abner 3 years old. Could not sit by himself was cheated out of 35.00 requesting a credit for his ticket. Been dealing with this company for over 20 years. Would like a credit given for him sitting on lap.

    It was a very nice particularly for the price. The only thing I didn’t like was the stop to check for tickets it would be better if they checked before we get into the bus. Otherwise it was very good.

    This trip was great but coming on November 27, 2024. RLB787461 and RLB 557277 my grandson sat on my lap instead of in his own seat which was paid for. He is three years old as his ticket indicated therefore he could not sit alone. Company does not want to give a credit even though his seat was paid for.
