FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket Delivery and Transfer Instructions

The electronic tickets for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ you purchased are expected to be released for delivery starting from mid-May. The tickets are official FIFA Mobile Tickets. Customers must register or log in to their FIFA Ticketing Account to receive the tickets.

I. Customer Preparations

  1. Register or log in to your FIFA Ticketing Account
    Go to FIFA.com/tickets and register/log in using your own email address.

  2. Provide the email address to receive the tickets
    This email address must be exactly the same as the one used to register your FIFA Ticketing Account. According to FIFA’s official instructions, when receiving a ticket transfer, you must log in with the same email address that received the transfer notification; otherwise, you may not be able to accept the tickets.

  3. Download the official App after mid-May
    Download the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App and log in with your FIFA account to view your mobile tickets.

II. Ticket Transfer Process

We will transfer the tickets to your FIFA account email address via the FIFA system’s Ticket Transfer function. According to FIFA’s official instructions, the transfer path is:

FIFA.com/tickets → FIFA World Cup 2026 → Marketplace → Log in → RESELL/EXCHANGE → View my ticket(s) → Select the tickets → TRANSFER TICKET(S) → Enter the recipient’s email address.

After receiving the FIFA email, you must log in to FIFA.com/tickets, go to the Marketplace page, and click Accept to receive the tickets.

III. Important Reminders

  1. Before you click “Accept”, the tickets remain in the original account. Once you accept, the ticket ownership is officially transferred.

  2. Once you accept the transfer, you will have full control over the tickets. You may use them, transfer them again, send them to companions, or list them on the official FIFA Resale/Exchange platform.

  3. If the tickets are transferred to the wrong email address and the recipient has already accepted them, FIFA generally cannot reverse, refund, or cancel the transfer. Therefore, you must confirm your email address is correct.

  4. Do not rely on screenshots, PDFs, or printouts for entry. Only official FIFA mobile tickets will be accepted for entry to the World Cup.
