    I recommend this bus!
    I arrived five minutes before departure time. When I got there I was advised that the bus left 5 minutes ago. They left me in a very bad situation 2:00 in the morning a female. I want a full refund immediately please rectify this as soon as possible. The man named Kevin tried to catch the bus and the guy said he was too far to be caught. So I need to have a full refund. Somebody please contact me.

    The drop off in nyc is farther than it is stated. It is usually on canal and Allen but this time it was closer to mott and canal.
