    My seat didn't recline, but other than that great ride, great staff bus arrived safely and early. The bus was nice and warm

    Yes this trip on 6/27 was the best one in a long time for me. The driver was respectful and friendly the bus AC was working. Past drivers were very rude and disrespectful. I was pleased with this trip from Buffalo to Nyc
