    The only reason am taking this bus is because ticket prices have skyrocket and it is the only route currently that fits ny schedule. The drivers are great but ther are no enforcement to keep the customers safe and comfortable. Most of the times the bus is smelling and often you encounter uncivilized passengers (loud music and smoking) no enforcement at all.

    Seniors also ride these buses, please have available, kneeling bus stairs to accommodate easier anccess for older passengers getting on and off the buses.

    If you thinking about going to new youk from Cincinnati and you are a long term rider like I was please be advised of the new location as of 6/1 I never got a chance to use my ticket after spending over $400 I will not travel with this company again it's to much of a hassle
