I recommend this bus!
Bus number 1000, sat in seat 21. 1/ there is no cushion left in the seat. For a long ride, it is very uncomfortable. 2/ AC/DC power jack not working 3/ USB power jacks not working.
There are other competitive buses that run the same route, that have better seats, more convenient schedules, and working rider amenities.
There are bus companies on the same route that load and unload the luggage for the riders as well for a lesser fare than Gotobus.
Just saying. If you cannot offer dependable wifi, dependable power for devices, and comfortable seating, then you are simply an expensive cattle car in the market. There are other options. Just saying.

The driver was not helpful or welcoming at all and yelled loudly at passengers very frequently. It was very poor customer service and I would not recommend this company to friends because of his behavior alone. He yelled at passengers, including the elderly, and made them move seats with very poor, if any, communication as to why. Additionally, prior to my trip, I tried all morning the day before my trip to call and ask some questions about ticket exchange that the website did not give answers to—but couldn't get through once. I work a 9-5 job, so when it hit noon, I switched over to using the webchat customer service instead of spending so much inconvenient time calling. I was connected to a worker who asked a series of questions, which I answered. He told me he would check on those questions and that it would take a few minutes. I waited an hour and even sent multiple follow up messages to ask if he had gotten any answers, but he never returned to help me. I never heard a word from him again. I wasn't able to get any answers and ended up giving up on trying to change my ticket, but it inconvenienced my plans significantly. I was very disappointed in my experience and will not be using this company's services again.

I recommend this bus!
First time using this company for a trip to New York City from Columbus, Ohio and while I appreciated their prompt departure and arrival times, there are negative aspects. The guy behind me on first bus was drunk and reeked of liquor all night and argued with someone on his phone several times through the night and again first thing in the morning. Return bus was much nicer, quieter, and better smelling but had no toilet paper in bathroom. Customer service is horrible as employees have no friendliness and are rude. Bus drivers at both arrivals park, flip on the lights, and bark to get off the bus. Both terminal waiting rooms at Columbus and New York were dirty and bathrooms disgusting. If they would spend a little money on the appearance, seating, and bathrooms at the terminals, it would help company perception greatly. Also need to teach staff some customer service skills. A simple smile, thank you, and welcome to your destination would be nice rather than getting barked at and treated rudely.

The jaguar service has shown improvement each time I use it. The price has also increased & I hope that doesn't continue "much" more although, it is still a deal. On this trip, for the first time ever, in 3 years that I've used the service, the bus was an hour late arriving to NY. Fortunately, it did not interfere with my plans, as the normal arrival time is 8am, which is early in most situations & we arrived safely, which is what matters most. Thank you for your service 🚌.

Something MUST be done to the cleanliness of the bathroom. Once again, theirs never assigned seating traveling to NYC, and I love that, we learn much more about other cultures. Buses leaving NYC is ALWAYS segregated, Asians and whites have assigned seats to the front of the bus and Blacks are always seated at the back of the bus. No longer will I be assigned a set at the back of the bus by your employee. I'm always 2hrs on time, I've witnessed asians and whites arrived shortly before the bus leaves, purchase tickets in cash got on the bus and sat to the very front, and I'm seated in the segregated back,
