The bathroom stinks Every time the door was open the smell ran through the bus it's was awful

The bus was punctual but there was NO effort made to make sure that the bus was quiet enough to get any rest on a 12 hour overnight trip.

The ticketing process online is great but to get the ticket in station at New York on the route back was a bit frustrating and the bus was dirty. Overall too crowded not my first choice for transport but it was overall a safe ride and got me back and forth.

I schedule my trip for the wrong day and even after going to the bus depot i was told i lost my money. I tried to reschedule online and was also told there was nothing anyone can due to help.

The Bus driver we had going from New York to Columbus was horrible. It was nasty. I saw him push a lady and I told her if she needed me as a witness, I will certainly testify. He tried to hustle people for $10. I had one suitcase and I ended up paying him $10. He get nerve to try to throw the suitcase at me. It’s a little short Asian man very nasty person. He was very nasty to the ticket girl inside. I need to fire him if you want to keep in business if I had had his information and when I saw him push that Lady certainly would be a loss against your Company. This is really disgusting. Need to get rid of him. It was the Bus trip from October 1 leaving New York City to Columbus Ohio. He was the driver until they switched at the Pepperton lounge and people pay good money to ride the bus. They don’t need to be insulted and screamed at you need to get rid of him. He’s lucky somebody didn’t kick his ass on this trip. We were all trying to be professional. He was totally disgusting in his own language. Please look into this Mr. butler
