Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received 7 days or more before the date of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per room.
• Cancellations received within 3-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per room.
• Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per room.
• Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their entire payment.
