    I had a great experience. The only problem was sharing the charger cable with the person sitting behind me. I had to wait until they were done to charge my phone. The bus was fast and I felt the driving was safe. We got to Manhattan on time. With the way travel prices are these days, I am so glad that this company is an option. Be humble and respectful and you will enjoy the ride as well. I did not use the bathroom so I don't know about it's cleanliness but it didn't stink on the bus. That's good.
