    My guest and I sat up front just to have water from the AC pour out on us during this 3 hour ride. Unsanitary.

    Much better ride home than up to Albany. Not crowded. Air conditioner working. On time.

    The air conditioning wasn't working on a 100 degree day. The driver was rude and uncooperative about it. It may not have been his fault, but his attitude and poor communication skills made the situation even worse. Passengers were demanding their money back. It was a very bad situation.
