You can make date and time change to bus tickets booked at GotoBus.com via My Bookings. Reschedule your bus tickets online is $1 per ticket for the first time; if you choose to reschedule with a customer service agent instead, the servicing fee will apply and it starts from $5. Please note there is a limit to the number of times you can reschedule a bus ticket online.
Each schedule may have its own reschedule policy such as time limitation and fees. Most schedules require customers to 4-24 hours in advance.
When there is no seat left for the targeting schedule, you cannot change to that schedule.
