Who should participate in the GotoBus Travel Points Reward Program?
This program is open to all GotoBus customers. Licensed travel agents and travel related website owners should apply for our affiliate program.

How do I participate?
Book online through your GotoBus account and earn points for every product you purchase. The more you spend, the more points you collect! Also, for a limited time you can earn 20 points for each approved product review that you add to our site. Join now!

When will my points be credited to my account?
The loyalty program (beta) launched on Oct. 20, 2009. Purchases made after this time are eligible to receive points. Points will be credited to your account after your date of travel. You can check your account balance at any time online. Please note that refunded or cancelled travel will not be eligible to earn points.

Can I earn points for bookings I have made over the phone?
The GotoBus Travel Bucks Reward Program is only available online and you may not earn points for bookings made over the phone.

Can I earn points for past bookings that I did using guest checkout?
No, you can only earn points for bookings made through your GotoBus account. No points will be credited for past purchases made using guest checkout.

How do I redeem my points?
Select the product you wish to purchase from our Rewards Center.

Is there a minimum balance requirement to use my GotoBus Travel Points?
You must have at least a 1,000 GotoBus Travel Points balance to use your points.

How long are my points valid for?
Points will expire on January 1st two years from the time the points are earned. Example: points earned anytime in 2009 will expire on January 1, 2011.
