Who should participate in the GotoBus Travel Points Reward Program?
This program is open to registered GotoBus customers. Licensed travel agents and web affiliates are not eligible to participate but should instead apply for our affiliate program.

How do I participate?
Book online through your GotoBus account and earn points for every product you purchase. The more you spend, the more points you collect! You must be signed in to your GotoBus account at the time of purchase to earn the points. Also, for a limited time you can earn 100 points for each approved product review that you add to our site. Join now!

When will my points be credited to my account?
The loyalty program (beta) launched on Oct. 20, 2009. Purchases made after this time are eligible to receive points. Points will be credited to your account after your date of travel. You can check your account balance at any time online. Please note that refunded or cancelled travel will not be eligible to earn points.

Can I earn points for bookings I have made over the phone?
The GotoBus Travel Points Program is only available online and you may not earn points for bookings made over the phone.

Can I earn points for past bookings that I did using guest checkout?
No, you can only earn points for bookings made through your GotoBus account. No points will be credited for past purchases made using guest checkout.

Is there a minimum balance requirement to use my GotoBus Travel Points?
You must have at least a 1,000 GotoBus Travel Points balance to use your points.

Can I earn points for bookings made through your affiliate sites?
No, only bookings made directly on GotoBus.com are eligible to earn loyalty points.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Simply log in to your GotoBus account and select the product you wish to buy. Add the product to your shopping cart to see how many points are needed to purchase it. If you have enough points to purchase the product, select "yes" to pay by points.
