Tickets and Confirmation - Immediately confirmed after successfully
completing check out, the customer will see the confirmation number online and receive an order summary and eTicket(s) by
email.
How to use the eTicket - Please have a printout of eTicket for boarding the bus.
Cancellation and Refund - Once a reservation is booked on Gotobus.com,
it cannot be canceled by the customer. Duplicate bookings are non-refundable as
those seats will have been removed from sales inventory. While the bus operators will make every
effort to operate its services as scheduled, when this fails to occur full
refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
Reschedule - With the exception of self rescheduling online, GotoBus will charge a $5.00 processing fee per ticket for each change. In addition, any increase in fare will be applicable. Please note:
1. Some services cannot be self-rescheduled: Lux Bus, NYTiger, USAsia, Yobus, etc.
2. The bus carrier and bus route cannot be changed. Please refer to the policy on eTicket and reschedule it on your own via Reschedule Bus Ticket.
Price Change - We reserve the right to adjust the ticket fare, and the fare for holidays, weekends and special events.
Condition of Use -
(1) The ticket is valid only for the date and time
stated on the ticket.
(2) Customers must bring a valid ID and a printout of
the eTicket (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check.
(3) Customer's name
(s) on e-ticket must match passenger's (or one of the passengers') name.
(4) The
printout of eTickets must be signed by customer as proof of boarding.
(5)
**Passenger should arrive 30 minutes prior departure time, otherwise the seat
might be sold to stand-by passengers. |
