Sale Policy
Tickets and Confirmation - Immediately after successfully
completing check out, the customer will receive an order summary and eTickets by
email.
Cancellation and Refund - Once completed a reservations on Gotobus.com,
it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Duplicate bookings are non-refundable as
those seats will have been removed from sales inventory. While the bus operators will make every
effort to operate its services as scheduled, where this fails to occur full
refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
Condition of Use - (1) The ticket is valid only for the date and time
stated on the ticket. (2) Customers must bring a valid ID and a printout of
the eTicket (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check. (3) Customer's name
(s) on e-ticket must match passenger's (or one of the passengers') name. (4) The
printout of eTickets must be signed by customer as proof of boarding. (5)
**Passenger should arrive 15 minutes prior departure time, otherwise the seat
might be sold to stand-by passengers.
General Information
Schedules - Every effort will be made to operate according to
published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control, such as
weather or traffic delays and accordingly bus companies cannot be held
responsible for errors in timetables, inconveniences or damages resulting from
delayed buses. Connections cannot be guaranteed and schedules are subject to
change.
Severe Weather - Customers are encouraged to check the Gotobus Website -
Weather Update for
any bus cancellations on selected bus or call the phone number on the eTicket
for most updated bus status.
Bicycles - Bicycles may be transported based on space availability.
Additional luggage space cannot be reserved.
Child Fares - Children up to 2 years old will be transported free when
not occupying a seat at the exclusion of another passenger when traveling with a
passenger paying the full adult fare. Children over two years of age will pay
the full adult fare unless specified by a particular carrier or tour provider.
Animals - Animals will not be transported.
Baggage of Luggage – Baggage will be limited to 1 piece of luggage and 1
carry-on per adult ticket. Bus Companies are not responsible for list or
misplaced baggage.
Objectionable Persons - Bus Companies reserve the right to refuse
transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or
drugs or who is unable to take care of oneself or to any person whose conduct is
such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers.
Cell Phones - "Limited" with respect and courtesy to your fellow
passengers.
Wi-Fi - Wi-fi service is offered by some of the carriers in the East
Coast. Additional
schedules may be added during weekends and holidays which are served by third
party's buses, it is not guaranteed that there will be wi-fi access as
advertised. Please contact the bus company in advance to confirm service
availability.
