Pastures New is a spacious 3 bedroom vacation rental home which has been beautifully furnished to make any vacation extra special. Located on the popular community of Sandy Ridge, Pastures New is ideally situated within easy reach of the airports, Interstate 4, Highway 27 and Orlando's famous theme parks and attractions. At Pastures New, you're only a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World Resort and all the shops, restaurants and attractions along Highway 192. Closer to home, you'll find Champions Gate within a 5 minute drive from your front door. Here, you'll find a selection of shops, two large supermarkets, fast food outlets, a pharmacy and two championship golf courses. You'll also find a selection of professionally designed golf courses at Reunion Resort, located within a few minutes of the home. The home backs onto open pasture land where you can watch horses grazing. Sandy Ridge is also home to a variety of wild birds, fish and turtles who thrive in the various ponds. Pastures New really does combine a tranquil, rural refuge away from the theme park action, combined with a very convenient location. Within the home, you'll be treated to the best in furnishings and decor. Dark woods, rich leather and contemporary furniture combine to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The home is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, cable TV, and WiFi access. Complimentary push chairs/strollers, high chairs and cribs are available on request and you can even pre-order a welcome pack of groceries to be waiting upon your arrival. The property sleeps 6 in comfort and there is a sleeper sofa in the family room should you need to accommodate up to 2 more people. Pastures New really can be your new home away from home providing your family with everything you'll ever need during your fun-filled family vacation to Florida. Sandy Ridge is located off County Road 532, just a couple of miles off Interstate 4, from where you can connect to the attractions area, international airport and Florida's beaches. Disney World is an easy 15 minute drive, Universal Studios about 35 minutes, Legoland about 25 and Seaworld about 25 minutes. The golf resorts of Reunion and Champions Gate are right around the corner. Reunion features signature courses by golfing greats Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer. Champions Gate boasts National and International courses by Greg Norman and is the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, hairdressers, banks and a pharmacy all within a 5 minute drive. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May ‚Äď October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Property‚Äôs price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services. 3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted. 4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
