- No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs a $105 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat

DAY1 Los Angeles - 17 Mile Drive - San Francisco

We will depart from LA to Monterey Bay in the morning. Enjoy fresh sea breezes and stunning views of the 17-Mile Drive along the Pacific Coast. Along the way, there will be a stop at Bird Rock for about 20 minutes. This region of the Monterery Bay has a spectacular viewline of the reefs and small coves sprinkled along this rugged shoreline. Also on the tour is a stop at The Lone Cypress, which includes a scenic view of the coast and a locally famous 250 year old tree. The tour will also stop at Pebble Beach Lodge Hotel, a historic golfing site, for about 30 minutes. The tour will then arrive to the beautiful San Francisco Bay area at night.

DAY2 San Francisco - Napa Valley

Today, we will venture out to the famous wine growing area of Napa Valley, where we will visit their local Visitor’s Center for a tasting of some of California's finest wines. Learn about the process of wine making and see why Napa is one the leading producers of quality wine in the world. From Napa, we circle back to San Francisco for a sightseeing tour of its most famous areas: the stately Golden Gate Bridge, the bustling tourist and commercial area of Fisherman’s Wharf, the hair-splitting curves of Lombard Street, the beautiful Palace of Fine Arts, and more. We return to our hotel in the evening for a night’s rest.

DAY3 San Francisco - Yosemite - Los Angeles

After departing from San Francisco in the morning, we will make our way to Los Angeles via the magnificent Yosemite National Park. Our tour will include some of its most awe-inspiring vistas, which include waterfalls, cliffs, mountains, and centuries-old forest lands. Have a stroll in the woods, sit by a stream, or simply enjoy the clean mountain air before boarding the bus for the remainder of our drive to Los Angeles, where we will arrive in the late evening.

Additional Information:

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers boooked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Please note that each hotel can only accommodate 4 guests maximum (adults or children).

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

5	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

6	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

7	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

8	Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

10	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

The trip was great. The tour company, Tour Guide and the Driver of the bus were all very co-operative. In the morning of the first day, when i found myself standing on a wrong pick up point, they quickly arrange a separate car for me to pick me up so that i can join the trip. I will never forget that gesture shown by the tour company. The 3-day journey was excellent and pretty comfortable. They took us to all those places as mentioned on their website although the duration allowed to us at each spot was not enough to enjoy the spot. Particularly on 2nd day in San Fransisco, the guide took us back to China Town at 3.30 PM and asked us to get down in Chinatown and be on our own for three hours if we had not opted for their extended tour which had a separate charge. Well, just to make extra buck on extended tour, the tour guide was in a hurry to come back to Chinatown. This was one disappointing part of the trip. We could have spent some more time at each spot to utilize that extra 3 hours. Apart from that, everything else was awesome. Hotel was superb. Only one advice to anyone who wish to visit San Fransisco or Monterey Bay.If you just want to go and take snaps for 15 mins at each location, this tour is the perfect choice. But if someone wants to enjoy each scenic location, AVOID this tour.

This was a very nice trip. The hotel was excellent (Hilton Pleasanton). The itinerary was on schedule, though changed around a bit (started at Yosemite and ended in Monterey). The majority of the movies played on the bus were in English with Chinese subtitles, though on our way home there was one movie played that was in Chinese but it did not have English subtitles, so we could not understand what the movie was about. Our driver (Jose) took excellent care of our lives in his hands and the minor mechanical problem we had on our way home (1hr delay). Despite some group members not adhering to the time table, our guide (Allen) did a wonderful job in keeping the group on task and informing us about every stop we made. He is a very patient man. Thank you gotobus and we look forward to more tours in the future!

It was a wonderful trip, Our group had a great time. Thanks to our terrific driver (David) and a very informative and helpful tour guide (sam). The trip was well organized. Accommodation is excellent for the price we paid cannot believe we stayed @Hilton. The trip was excellent and great service. We have been travelling now for more then half a dozen times with gotobus.com and certainly one of the best experience we have had. One suggestion that we would like to request is if possible kindly stop for lunch/dinner in a more convinient places like food court.

it was a wonderful trip. there was a slight glitch though, when our original bus broke down and there were a few delays. I also don't remember havin stopped by the Fisherman's Wharf when it's indicated in the itinerary (probably due to the breakdown of the bus?)all in all though it was ok. the driver and the tour guide assigned to us were both polite and professional. the hotel we were billeted in (Four Points) was far from the city center but the rooms were massive and very clean!our groupmates were all nice though, a good mix of Chinese, Filipinos and Malaysians. yeah, all in all it was great. would recommend this to friends and will try out other tour packages when I come back here in the US :-)

What a great trip we had. We traveled from Los Angeles LA to Yosemite 3 day tour. Not knowing what to expect, we had a fabulous surprise when we traveled on a comfortable bus with very nice passengers, a terrific driver (Lou) and a most congenial tour guide (Alan). If we had the time, we'd book another tour immediately but must return home to Surrey, United Kingdom this week. Thank you for a fabulous time. We will be booking again in the future.
