Completed in 2015 and boasting state of the art appliances, this contemporary house is located in the heart of the Serenity at Dream Resort community, one of the newest and closest communities to Disney. Access to the Serenity at Dream Resort Clubhouse, containing a state of the art gymnasium and larger community pool, is also part of the package. This fully air conditioned home includes a fully equipped kitchen enjoying contemporary facilities, granite counter tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances, a breakfast area with 4 stools and a dining area that easily seats 6 persons. The living area contains ample seating capacity and a 42 inch TV for family time to plan the daily itinerary. After a busy day enjoying the theme parks or shopping malls, guests can relax in a covered lanai complete with a splash pool, which can be heated during cooler days. The Bedroom layout includes a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom on the first floor, a king master suite and a twin beds on the second floor. The master suite boasts a balcony enjoying all day and evening sun and views of the conservation area. All bedrooms have a 32 inch TV for entertainment. All bathrooms are also finished and modern standard and are furnished with necessary amenities. Serenity/Dream is nestled near Disney, Golf, Shopping and Restaurants and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World and Water Parks.   Situated just minutes from Highway 192, Serenity is close to local shops and Supermarkets just off of Highway 27 and offers easy access to Walt Disney World which is only just 10 minutes away. Many of Orlando's other area attractions such as Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet and Wild and Discovery Cove,The Florida Mall,The Mall at Milennia and the Outlet Malls are all within an easy reach. There are many Golf Courses close by with fishing, boating, and equestrian activities also available. There is a great selection of restaurants on Highway 192 which are within a 5 minute drive and include very well-known restaurants such as: Bahama Breeze, Joes Crab Shack, Applebee's, Carrabbas, The Olive Garden, Outback, Houlihan, and many more. Although all units come with their own private splash pool. Serenity also boasts its own resident’s only clubhouse. This has: a resort style communal pool, an onsite fitness centre, indoor café, bar area and a business centre with meeting rooms. There are many different things to do which appeals to all different members of the family. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager.
