There is a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook area that seats 4 and a formal dining area that seats 6. It has a living room with sofa bed enabling the home to accommodate up to 8 people. There is a 40" TV in the living room and all bedrooms have TV's. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with queen-size bed and a twin bedroom that share a communal bathroom. Out on the very private west-facing deck you will be able to enjoy the electric heat-able pool and the lovely sunsets from the deck. The pool deck has a pool safety net for those with young children, a pool blanket, and private fence to the rear and each side of the pool deck cage. There are 2 padded sunloungers, tubular table, side table, 4 padded chairs and a sun umbrella for guests to enjoy. Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury houses situated on Highway 27, just 3.5 miles from Highway 192. It is a prestigious, private community set among the gently rolling hills and orange groves of Northeast Polk County. The estate offers easy access to Interstate 4 (less than 5 minutes), which will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast or Westwards to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center.
