This charming 40 sq.mt apartment is a large loft with a very good layout presenting an accurate separation of spaces. The apartment, characterized by exposed beams and by a coconut plant fiber flooring, opens up onto a dining area with a crystal table for 6 people with two 17th Century chairs and 4 modern chairs, next to which is located a modern and fully equipped grey lacquered kitchen corner, complete with microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, sink and electric hob. All the dishes, the crockery and the cooking equipment are located in a built-in closet. The living area, on the other side of the room, includes a double sofa bed (140cm), two armchairs, a marble fireplace, an elegant 17th Century wooden commode, a decorative iron safe and a built-in closet. Behind the sofa, under the stairs, there are two built-in closets, one containing the washing machine and the other ideal to store clothes. A wooden staircase, located between the dining area and the living area, leads to the mezzanine floor, consisting in a bedroom divided in two areas: the first one offers a single futon bed (80cm) with some built-in closets, the other one, on the right, offers a double futon bed (140cm). The bathroom is located on the left of the entrance door and it is fitted with a basin placed on a wooden surface, a shower stall and a WC. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
