It is located on the second floor of the building and has been entirely renovated and redecorated in 2015 when it was sold to new owners. The entrance to the apartment is through the open-style kitchenette and has a breakfast bar with four seats that separates it from the living room. The kitchen has updated appliances and all the utensils you would need to prepare a meal. The living room has a twin-size sofa, a futon, and wall-mounted flat screen TV, and all modern furnishings and artwork. The master bedroom features large windows, a queen-sized bed, large closet, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a combination bathtub with a shower. There are a few extra amenities we offer our guests for an additional fee, including indoor parking a couple blocks away and access to the rooftop pool next door which features 360 degrees views of Ocean Drive and the Atlantic Ocean. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Smoking is permitted on balconies as long as the doors and windows are closed. 2. Please no Parties or loud music in the Room. 3. Please Be respectful of the Neighbors. 4. Rooms Sleep a maximum of 4 people (Studios & one bedrooms). Two Bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 people. Damage Protection Insurance If applicable and paid for in advance, the purchase of Rental Unit Damage Protection Insurance covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior/exterior or golf cart that may occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damages that exceed $1,500 will be charged to the credit card on file. Damage and cleaning issues Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. You must contact the cleaning company to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to: No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens. No items are missing upon the inventory check. (This includes, but is not limited to, transferring items to other units.) All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers. All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit. There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking unit. Unit is left in neat condition. Pet friendly units show no sign of pet damage or excessive cleaning If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of your return. No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period. Pet Policies: No Pets Allowed Parking Parking is not included in the room rental. There are several parking lots in the area charging $15 to $20 per day. You may also park on the street at a cost of $1 per hour. Miami Beach uses meters that take Dollars, coins or credit cards.
