the arrival time was 11:30pm instead of 10:00.

The bus was late to pick us up and we were an hour late to our destination.

The bus departed 20 minutes late and arrived 1 hour later than the scheduled time. It also made 3 stops in different places including a gas station to fuel up the tank which is not very professional and not the safest of practices.

The bus left one time, which was good. However, 20 minutes away from our destination, we took a detour to dropped some people off at another place. Why couldn't they go to the actual stop like the rest of us? It wasn't that much further and it made the rest of us later.

I set in the front right behind the driver sit and the safety belt didnt work.

GoToBus is really good and nice. I think it is better than megabus and other buses. The GoToBus always be there in 30 minutes early. Also I can take check in two big baggages and one carry on baggage, the second one checkin baggage I only pay 10 dollars. Megabus only allows customers carry one check in baggage and one carryon baggage, if you have two checkin baggage, you need buy a ticket for you baggage. Therefore, I really like gotobus, i would take gotobus again if I will travel somewhere next time.
