    Recommend service; however, need to fix/seal 3rd windows on driver’s side so passenger doesn’t have to ride in wet clothing from rain pouring into bus. Wet clothing & A/C not acceptable on a 4 hrs plus ride. Driver didn’t seem concerned for rider.

    I never got the service I paid for on my trip return home . The bus service “Busline Orlando Miami” under conformation number #PCL412443 never showed up or sent out an email or phone call of cancellation. Very unprofessional! Not happy at all!!!

    Empty sodas bottles in the seats bags, no TV or movies, and the worst: travelers with huge bags on their seats, they occupied two seats but paid only one and you have to sit far from your party

    Bus had no WiFi or power outlet as stated. This was very inconvenient for me because I had to work remotely during my trip! Also I asked to reschedule my ticket from 2/24 to 2/25 and was told my ticket was non refundable. I should be compensated for my 2/24 ticket since no WiFi or power outlet was on the 2/25 bus.

    The driver drives too fast in the highway (Turnpike) and performed many hard movements to overcome other vehicles that should have be done slowly and with more care because the bus balanced too much and it is somewhat risky. Also, the drive too much fast near Miami and did overcomes without much care, one time even beating those plastic poles to divide the highway (those that moves back to the original position after being touched).

    The bus was scheduled at 8:30. I arrived at 8:28. The bus was already gone. I never went to Miami. If the tendency is to leave a few minutes before, it should be noted, like at the a the airport. "We are boarding the bus at 8:00 because before 8:30 we will be on the road and you will miss the bus." It took me about half hour ti figure out what had happened. I thought the bus was late or that I was at the wrong place.". Therefore I will never use your services or recommend you to anyone else. No phone number to ask anyone, anywhere.

    We were at our airport stop and a busline bus came at 7 pm (our departure time) and yelled that that wasn’t our bus and that it was gonna be 45 minutes late. And when all the people got off the bus it turns out the driver had lost 3 suitcases and there was a whole scene about it. When we called to see where the bus was

    Best bang for the buck going from Central Fla. to South Fla. These guys really are doing a "Good Service" (no pun intended) to the community and commuters; by providing low cost, affordable (yet safe, convenient, and on-time)bus travel. In all the times I have used them to go to Miami (from Orlando), I have never paid more than $50 r/t. I would've spent about 4x times that in gas and tolls, if I were to drive; and more than double that on Greyhound.Glad I discovered Gotobus. I wouldn't commute to Miami in any other way, from now on.

    I would have given it to Five Star All the Way only if I had a little bit more room in my seat my sleep was not able to recline and the person before me recline all the way into my seat so it was very uncomfortable for me other than that I think it was great

    Great ride. On schedule. Good price Only negative was the West Palm pickup location. No sign saying the tollway service center is a bus stop. No overnight parking. No one there to answer any questions.

    That’s the worst service I have had. A bus trip, full o person and without air conditioner. I was sweating for 4 hours. Next time, check the air before putting a bus to work. That’s a disrespect. I want my money back
