    Micro manage busses at different points/transfer passengers at mid trip then bus is packed beyond comfortable capacity and no turnaround for breakdowns, thus delayed discomfort for people with health issues.

    Let me tell y’all something this is the only bus company I take to go to Richmond , VA . They gonna get you to your destination there and back.

    The driver was awesome about finding all the passengers due to the Marathon that was happening right in the middle of China Town. The bus pulled out late, but was able to recover passengers that sat on another bus parked across the street. We made great timing and had a pleasant ride. I love the rest stop in Delaware, very clean and not congested. Keep up the good work, I was very pleased with this trip.
