Hotel Pickup:
Complimentary pick-up service available from some Orlando and Kissimmee hotels. See the Planned Pick-Up Schedule (Airboat Only); exact pick-up time will be provided within 1-2 business days after booking.

- For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination. You will receive an confirmation email after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email.
- Terms & Condition
- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day.
- No cancellation within 72 hours prior departure; 50% refund for cancellation 15 days before the departure time; 25% refund for cancellation within 15 days (>72 hours)
- Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
- We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
