This morning we depart from NYC for Niagara Falls, we will arrive the falls in the afternoon; you won't be able to keep the word from your lips at Niagara Falls: great muscular bands of water arch over the cliff like liquid glass. There are dozens of taller waterfalls in the world, but in terms of sheer volume Niagara Falls are unbeatable: more than a million bathtubs of water plummet over the edge every second. We know it is far from NYC. We know it is a long bus ride to get there. But we also know 14 million visitors annually can't be wrong! The coolest way to see the falls is to board the world famous Maid of the Mist boat for a half hour-long thrill of a lifetime. You'll sail right up the base of all three falls, with the mist spraying up in your face. Don't worry, they'll provide the slicker to keep you dry. We will take you to Goat Island which separates Horseshoe Falls from the U.S. falls and offers spectacular vantage points of both sides. *"Cave of the Wind" will be available when time permits. Soak up the experience of being closer to the waters of Niagara Falls than you thought possible, on a spectacular Niagara Falls tour. We continue our sightseeing in Niagara Falls, heading to the IMAX Theatre Niagara Falls (optional) where you can experience Niagara Falls' incredible stories, and see the most complete collection of barrels that have fallen down the mighty Falls. From there, we will head to Corning Glass Center, a showcase for the entire process of glassmaking. You will witness firsthand craftsman and artisans working superheated glass into beautiful decorative pieces. At the conclusion of the tour, you will have the opportunity to purchase an artistic piece for yourself. Afterwards, we depart for New York City for an evening arrival.
