Get ready for an experience of a lifetime to see the massive waterfalls located on the Niagara River, straddling the international border of the United States and Canada.Niagara Falls, formed in the last ice age by receding glaciers carved a gorge through the Niagara Escarpment en route to the Atlantic Ocean.
See the American Falls on the United States side and the Horseshoe Falls, on the Canadian side of the border.
- We will begin our tour this morning with a transfer to the airport, followed by a flight to Buffalo or Rochester (flight ticket included).
- Meet your guide and begin your tour. A short drive will bring us to the town of Niagara Falls and to the amazing waterfalls.
- Enjoy a fully guided tour of the American and Canadian sides of the Falls before boarding the Maid of the Mist (seasonally) boat ride.
- Then lunch awaits you with a panoramic view overlooking the falls.
- Return to the airport for your flight to New York and transfer back to your mid-town hotel.
Maid of the Mist: Available from April to Oct 24 (Opening date depends on ice condition in the River)
From the end of October until April the boat ride Maid of the Mist will be substituted with an awe inspiring visit to the Scenic Tunnels behind the Canadian Falls.

Pick up location: from your midtown Hotel between 23rd - 75th
Exact pick-up time will be provided upon reconfirmation 24 hours prior to tour. If you are staying above or below these pick ups points, you will have to arrive on your own to a midtown hotel. You can also meet at JFK airport.
Return time: 7:00pm - 10:00pm

- Confirmation
- Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
- Redemption
- You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us.
Cancellation penalties per person as follows:- No refunds for cancellations or changes made after booking the tour. Tour is non-refundable.
Responsibility
We act as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. We reserve the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. We reserve the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
