DAY1 Hometown - New York (The Big Apple)(Please arrive in EWR, JFK or LGA airport):

Depart hometown for New York; meet our staff at airport and transfer to hotel. (For guest arriving at the Greeting area of JFK & LGA before 8:30am; a Complimentary half day NYC tour including Columbia University, Lincoln Center, China Town & Little Italy, tour ends at 1:30pm and transfer to hotel). Optional night tour starts 8:00pm from hotel. Enjoy the night life of Manhattan.

DAY2 New York City Tour

Tour the largest city in America, New York City. You can see the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in Wall Street, the World Trade Ground Zero, Empire State Building Observation Deck*, United Nations Headquarters, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Fifth Avenue, Times Square and enjoy a Manhattan Harbor Cruise* to see the Statue of Liberty; and you can also visit the Intrepid Air Space Museum* located on the Hudson River.

DAY3 New York - Philadelphia – Washington D.C.:

In the morning, take a short ride to Philadelphia. You will visit the new home for Liberty Bell, and the Old Capitol Building, Independence Hall – the historic site of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Then, heading south through Delaware, Maryland and arrives at the capital, Washington D.C. , White House, Capitol Hill, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Korean Veterans Memorial, and see the Hope Diamond in Natural History Museum.

DAY4 Washington D.C. - Hershey - Corning Center - Niagara Falls:

Head north to visit Hershey Chocolate World via Harrisburg. In the afternoon, visit Corning Glass Center & Museum*, you will be able to view historical exhibits including 3000 years old glass artifacts and explore the Innovation Center, learn more about how glass plays its role in our daily life. Arrive Niagara Falls in the evening.

DAY5 Niagara Falls - Boston:

Walk along Goat Island of the Niagara Falls, you can stand just next to the spectacular waterfalls and watch them fall down 176 feet. Leave Niagara Falls for Boston, and arrive Boston in the evening to enjoy a famous Boston lobster dinner*.

DAY6 Boston - New York - Hometown:

Tour the historic city – Boston. In the morning, visit Harvard University, M.I.T., through Boston Common, State House, take Boston Harbor Cruise* to enjoy the view and listen to the history of the city and the oldest battle ship “USS Constitution”. After enjoying a multi-cultural atmosphere in Quincy Market, 6 days tour ends around noon time, and passengers will be transferred to Logan Airport (Please book flights departing BOS after 3pm) and then proceed to New York (Please book flights departing JFK/LGA/EWR after 8:30pm)

Maid of the Mist: Available from April to Oct 24 (Opening date depends on ice condition in the River)

Special Note:

Booking: If your reservations is made less than 7 days before departure, please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 1-2 business day.
Airport pickup: In case of flight delayed (more than 30 mins) or other reasons out of our control, passengers have to pay for their own transportation fee to the hotel.
Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation is required during low season (Oct to April).

Redemption

Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus through web mail at Contact Us. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply within 2 business days, that means your request is not received successfully; thus, the tour status remains "confirmed". Please contact us immediately at 617.354.2101.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows, there is 6% handling fee add-on to the penalties.

Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure will incur a penalty of $175 per booking.
Cancellations received within 7-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements (e.g. minimum number of passengers) or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

4	Can I change my pick-up location?

Passengers should board the bus at the location shown on the e-tickets. If passengers need to change the pick-up location, please contact us at least one business day before the departure to confirm the change. For unconfirmed changes in pick-up locations, we reserve our rights not to pick up the passengers, or if the passengers need to be picked up, we will charge an additional fee of $50.00 for the pick-up.

5	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

6	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

7	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

8	Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

9	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

10	How to cancel this tour?

the tour was great for the first 4 days. last couple days our guide changed. the guide spoke about 90% in Chinese. if your first language is Chinese, you will have good time. other then that, everything was OK. hotels were nice too.

The trip was wonderful. We had lots of fun. The hotels were amazing. We have absolutely no complaints. Only thing is if you are vegetarian, you need to carry your own food because they sometimes stop at restaurants that does not serve vegetarian. But overall the trip was great!
