We're constantly adding new departures dates and times, as they're made available to GotoBus by our local suppliers.

In some cases our suppliers have not yet confirmed their future schedules. So bookmark this page and keep checking back with us if you don't see the dates you're looking for.

Pricing Policy

Buy 2 get 1 free (3 or 4pax sharing one room): (1) The free person's portion of $10/person for the tour has been included. (2)Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (3)No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs $138 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

DAY1 Arrival Los Angeles:

Arrival in Los Angeles airport and meet our tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area (for U.S domestic flights) or at Exit (for international flights). Transfer to the hotel for check in.

Standard Hotel: Holiday Inn, La Mirada or Guest House Hotel Norwalk or similar

Deluxe Hotel: Crowne Plaza Hotel or Hilton San Ganbriel

DAY2 Los Angeles - Las Vegas

Start the tour following the route of San Bernardino Mountain and enter the Mojave Desert to the State of Nevada, "the entertainment capital of the world". Upon arrival in the afternoon, you are free at leisure. You may take an optional night tour to explore the prosperity of night life in Las Vegas and see the famous shows such as the Fremont Street Viva Vision, Fountain Show at Bellagio and Mardi Gras at Rio.

DAY3 Las Vegas - Grand Canyon National Park - Hoover Dam - Las Vegas (274miles)

In the morning, proceed to one of the Seven Wonders of the World- Grand Canyon National Park. The Grand Canyon is much greater both in size and beauty contrary to general misconception. Afterwards, proceed to Hoover Dam, which is one of the seven wonders of the Industrial World. In the evening, get to Las Vegas, "the entertainment capital of the world". You may take an optional night tour to explore the prosperity of night life in Las Vegas or try your luck in casinos.

DAY4 Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Gardens - Los Angeles

You may visit Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens in the morning before leaving Las Vegas for home or Los Angeles. (Those who leave the tour group from Las Vegas are responsible to arrange your own ground transportation to the airport. In addition, please schedule your flight departure from Las Vegas after 2:00p.m in the afternoon.)

Air fares between your city and Los Angeles
Laundry, valet, telephone calls, wines and liquors other than those specified.
All meals and drinks during the trip, but the tour guide will arrange for.
Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $6 /day per person) and $3.00 per person for airport transfer.

Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 1 business day.
Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, when you book the flight for this package, make sure the flight departure time on the last day, leaving Los Angeles, is after 9:00 pm.
Airport greet and meet: Your tour escort will be holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area/outside of the arrival's (restricted) area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit.
Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. In case of flight delay of more than 30 mins, please proceed to the hotel at your own expense. Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

5	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

6	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

7	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

8	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?
