Travel Alert: Winter Storm Olympia

Winter Travel Advisory

Last Updated: 2/15/2016 3:30 PM EST always works with the bus operators to ensure the safety of all travelers, our foremost priority. We continue to monitor the weather system approaching the Northeast Area.

Winter Storm Olympia is Winter Storm Olympia Spreading Snow and Ice Through Northeast and South. Various winter weather advisories, winter storm warnings, winter storm watches and freezing rain advisories have been issued by the National Weather Service for Olympia, extending Maine to northeast Georgia.

Although precipitation may start as snow or ice in the East Monday into Monday night, many locations will change to plain rain during the course of the storm, including along the I-95 corridor. This is due to the inland track of a low pressure system moving from the South into the Northeast, pulling milder air into the region. As a result, the threat of additional wintry weather will be confined to parts of the interior Northeast on Tuesday.

Should we receive any cancellation notices from the bus operators due to the storm, we will notify all affected passengers via email. If you have a reservation for a trip that has been canceled please check your email for instructions on how to reschedule your trip for free or get an open ticket for future use. You may also check the status of your schedule by visiting our Track Bus Status page.
