首先到達美國西部最大，最先進養殖太平洋最佳品種 ~ 紅鮑 (Red Abalone)的養殖場 ~ 美國鮑魚公司 (U.S. ABALONE) ，他們不允許訪客參觀，我們非常榮幸，也經過多番努力，得到他們的總裁特別允許，作位中國人參觀團的總代理，由如何抽取天然並毫無污染的太平洋海水，人工交配雌雄鮑魚到繁殖幼鮑魚，再而分開四個階段養殖餵飼不同天然食物，直至市場要求大小，然後包裝出口或供應本地市場，導遊都會詳儘一一向團友介紹其養殖過程。整個養殖過程主要分為四個部份，也可以說是分四個主要階段。首先是養殖的生態環境；第二部份是繁殖階段；第三部份是培殖過程；第四部份是收成。
相信很多朋友都品嚐過鮑魚的美味，但說到要吃真正的鮮味，首推帶殼的活的鮑魚，可惜，活鮑魚一般不容易買得到，偶而在一些較具規模的華人超市有出售的，都是半生或已死的狀態。然而，我們在鮑魚場內見到的都是真正活生生的，而且，更可以把活生生的鮑魚，置於手掌上，去感受一下這隻跳皮的活鮑魚吸附在您手中爬行的奇妙感覺，非常有趣。
雖然鮑魚場並不作零碎銷售，但我們把團友帶到寶山，又豈可空手而回？團友可以即時購買保證活生生，毫無水質污染的紅鮑魚，與外面市場買到產地及水質都無法保證的，完全不同，而且沒有數量限制。
觀賞從鮑魚中培養、享譽國際被譽為Â”熱情的珍珠Â” 所鑲制而成的高貴華麗飾物。女士們一定看得目眩心動。
中午享用豐富蠔皇雙鮑魚午餐，每位客人二隻，採用的鮑魚，都是從鮑魚場直接選購的活生生美國紅鮑魚。還與團友交換烹調鮑魚心得，保証回家亦可成功地泡煮到同樣美味的鮮鮑魚。
到達大小漁船停泊的達格拉那達漁港，這裡還有海鮮批發中心，除了遊覽漂亮的景色，呼吸一下海水的大自然氣味。或可購買到時令的海鮮帶回家享受。
最後，我們還會去到半月灣溫室苗甫參觀，園內培殖了不同種類花卉、包括蘭花等的大小盆栽，喜歡的還可以精心挑選一盆買回家慢慢欣賞。

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

I have to say this trip is one of the best and the tour guide "Ah Lam Ji" is the best I ever had. He is both very entertaining and quite knowledgeable in many areas of interests; which make this trip a very enjoyable one. The food at the restaurant is very good also. We bought some abalones and cooked them at home - everyone said they are very tasty. I would definitely go on more trips in the future and hope to get "Ah Lam" as my tour guide.
