| My name is Gary and I rode the Eastern bus from NYC to DC last Monday. While leaving the bus, I accidentally left my beloved blue, winter jacket on board. When I discovered my loss the next day, I panicked. Your company states that it is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so I figured my jacket was gone… Just to be sure, I called one of your representatives in NYC…David Wang. He couldn’t have been more understanding or nicer. He got all my information, made various phone calls on my behalf, updated me about the jacket and even gave me his cell phone number to stay in touch. He located the jacket and made sure it was returned safely to DC so I could pick it up. He then called me to tell me about locating my jacket and when it would arrive in DC. During each conversation, Mr. Wang was very polite, understanding and professional. I can’t thank him enough for locating my jacket and making sure it got back safely to me. In any event, I want you to know how appreciative I am for what he did for me. He was and is wonderful! - Gary |

| What a great trip we had. We traveled from Los Angeles LA to Yosemite 3 day tour. Not knowing what to expect, we had a fabulous surprise when we traveled on a comfortable bus with very nice passengers, a terrific driver (Lou) and a most congenial tour guide (Alan). If we had the time, we'd book another tour immediately but must return home to Surrey, United Kingdom this week. Thank you for a fabulous time. | I just finished my 6 days tour with Roy and Jason as my tour guides. Its a awesome experience, I wish the tour can last longer. I had so much fun, and both of my tour guides are great. They always made sure everyone is back on the bus and fully guided us for the last 6 days. If anyone has any issue, they will always tried their best to help everyone out. | I took the 8 day East Coast and Canada tour from New York with my wife and son from May 6th to May 13th. The itinerary was excellent, the service very good, and hotels well chosen. | We enjoyed bus tour to Niagara Falls and 1000 Islands. Tour was very well organized and we covered almost all the places which were mentioned before the tour started. Tour guide was very kind and helpful, and time management was perfect. Although we didn't get Indian food at most of the places but they provided stops at McDonald's restaurant, so it was quite good. Overall, we are very much satisfied with the tour, and hope to get onto another tour next year. - Jayesh |
