Hoover Dam is situated in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between the Arizona and Nevada. The construction began in 1931 and was completed in 1936. This is the biggest dam in the United States. Every year, millions of tourists from all over the world come here to pay homage to this magnificent dam.
