From Penn Station:
Uptown "A","C" or "E" train one stop to 42nd Street Station. Walk up the stairs and follow signs to Port Authority Bus Terminal.

From Metro-North:
Times Square-Bound "7" train two stops to the last stop, Times Square. Walk up the stairs and follow signs to 8th Avenue/Port Authority Bus Terminal.

From PATH 33rd Street Station: Take an uptown "N" or "R" train one stop to 42nd Street/Times Square Station. Walk up the stairs and follow signs to 8th Avenue/Port Authority Bus Terminal.
