1. Transportation via deluxe motor coaches is typically equipped with A/C, VCR, TV and lavatory. Happy Holidays reserves the right to substitute a motor coach for a minibus if the tour does not meet the capacity of a motor coach. Rest stop(s) will be made on the way.
2. Smoking is not allowed on any bus at any time.
3. No refund nor company credit for latecomers or “no show.

Happy Holidays and its agents act only as agent for travelers, and are not responsible for any schedule or itinerary changes and delays; accident as well as injury to any person; damage and loss of personal property. 5. The customary gratuities for Bus Driver and Tour Guide are not included in our tour price. Admissions are not included in the tour price unless they are specified in the brochure and/or flyers. There is no refund on any unused admission, service, meals and hotel accommodation and facilities. Price is per person, double occupancy. Extra charge will be applied to single occupancy.
6. Full payment is required for 1-day tours. A $100 deposit for multiple day tours. Balance due 14 days before departure. Reservations are not paid in full when due will be cancelled, and deposit will be forfeited. We accept checks, cash, and money orders, Visa &MasterCard for payment
7. For Canada and other international tours, passengers must provide one of the following documents: Original Birth Certificate with picture ID, U.S. Passport, Citizenship Paper, or Alien-Registration (Green) Card. We are not responsible for valid travel documents. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide valid documents prior to travel. Happy Holidays is not liable for denial of entrance by ???? 8. Refund & Cancellation policy: 1-day tours – 1 week notice for full company credit. Between 3-6 days before departure – charge 50% of tour price. Less than 2 days –no refund. Multiple day tours – 2 weeks notice for full company credit. Between 7-12 days before departure – charge 50% of tour price. Less than 7 days of notice – no refund
9. Happy Holidays reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including insufficient passengers, bad weather and other unforeseeable conditions. Full refund will be issued to passengers by company check. Happy Holidays is not liable for any compensation to personal loss resulted from cancellation of tour.
10. Happy Holidays reserves the right to decline or accept anyone to participate in our activities for any reason before or during the actual tour.
