Yes - This can only be completed more than 24 business hours prior to the
departure on the order. You will be charged a ticket change fee as follows:
- $1 per ticket change fee (round
trip = 2 tickets)
- any other change fee assessed by the travel supplier (please note that
change fees vary by travel supplier)
- any increase* in price resulting from a change
Changes are subject to availability and limitations and restrictions of the
travel suppliers. We currently can only make changes in Date and Time. Travel
supplier, service routes and some tickets cannot be changed.
A new e-ticket will be emailed to you; please print the new ticket and present
it to redeem the services.
To change your ticket reservation, please call Gotobus Customer Service at
1-888-428-7255 and reference your ticket confirmation number. Please do not call
the Travel Suppliers directly. * A decrease in price does not result
in a credit
