Tickets and Confirmation - Immediately after successfully completing check out, the customer will receive an order summary and e-tickets by email.
Cancellation and Refund - Once a reservation is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. While the bus operators will make every effort to run as scheduled, full refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be offered if this fails to occur.
Conditions of Use - (1) The ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket. (2) Customers have to bring a valid ID and a printout of the e-ticket (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check. (3) The customer's name (s) on e-ticket must match the passenger's name. However, if travelling in a group, only the person whose name is on the tickets must show ID. (4) The printout of e-tickets must be signed by customer as proof of boarding. (5) Passengers should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time, otherwise the seat might be sold to stand-by passengers.
Schedules - Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control, such as weather or traffic delays, and accordingly bus companies cannot be held responsible for errors in timetables, inconveniences, or damages resulting from delayed buses. Connections cannot be guaranteed and schedules are subject to change.
Severe Weather - Customers are encouraged to check the Gotobus Weather Updatefor information any bus cancellations or to call the phone number on the e-ticket for most up-to-date bus status.
Bicycles - Bicycles may be transported based on space availability. Additional luggage space cannot be reserved.
Child Fares - Children up to 2 years old will be transported free when not occupying a seat at the exclusion of another passenger. Children over two years of age will pay the full adult fare unless specified by a particular carrier or tour provider.
Animals - Animals will not be transported.
Casino Luggage Policy –With a printout of their Mohegan Sun Casino hotel reservation, passengers can bring their luggage; otherwise, bags/luggage are not allowed.
Objectionable Persons - Bus companies reserve the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who is unable to take care of oneself or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers.
Cell Phones - Cell phone use is allowed but limited with respect and courtesy to your fellow passengers.
Wi-Fi - Wi-fi service is offered by some of the carriers. However, additional schedules may be added during weekends and holidays which are served by third-party buses, and it is not guaranteed that there will be wi-fi access as advertised. Please contact the bus company in advance to confirm service availability.
