PT/FT Spanish/English Customer Service Representative

General Tasks:

Responsible for providing travel services for tourists, visitors, local residents and other tourism industry partners. This position is responsible for providing quality service, timely and accurate completion of travel arrangements and the sales of value added services. The candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform in a team environment.

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of products & services on the website.
  • Answer incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Work with clients to resolve problems for customers.
  • Work well with a team.
  • Spanish language is required.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment coupled with an orientation for quality sales. Good customer service skills are required. This position needs excellent problem solving skills, communication skills and the ability to use the internet effectively to service customer needs. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Bonus Qualities:

  • Foreign language (Spanish or Chinese) fluency
  • Previous customer service experience
