1.The free roundtrip airport transfer is only provided per order on the first day and the last day of the tour between 9:00am-10:00pm.
2. For the same group with different flight schedules, the extra transfer on a different day will incur surcharge $50. Day one pick up place: International flight: Meet at ATM machine of the LAX International exit lobby right hand side; Domestic flight: Meet the guide at Luggage Claim Area on arriving LAX.
3.Additional charge for transfers on different dates or beyond 9:00am-10:00pm is $50/person.
4.If passengers are already in the LA area, they will need to check in the hotel themselves on day one. (We will provide the hotel address).
5.After we confirm the tour, passengers need to provide the roundtrip flight information, including (date, airline, flight number, time and location). Transfer won’t be arranged if the flight information is not provided before the departure date.
The airport transfer will not be provided if the flight schedules are not received 3 business days in advance prior to the tour departure date.
