Our credit card charge step is tightly coupled with PIN delivery step.
If your credit card is charged but you have not received a PIN, you may have entered a wrong email address.
If you logged in before making this purchase, you can go to your account/Sales Report to re-deliver the PIN to a correct email addres.
Otherwise, email to phonecard@ivymedia.com requesting for re-delivery from IvyMedia.
