Can the bus drop me off somewhere in between?

No. Bus carriers are not allowed to  drop passengers off in the middle of the bus route. Bus operators need an authorization to arrange pick up and drop off locations, and the bus is not authorized to make a drop off randomly.

Most bus services are express (non-stop), unless it is specified on the bus itinerary.
