Day 1 : Arrival at Lima |
A representative will meet you at the Lima airport for your transfer to your comfortable hotel located in the district of Miraflores (tourist area of Lima). Depending on your international flight arrival time, you may have time to enjoy Lima and its fabulous cuisine.

Day 2 : Arrival at Cusco |
Transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Cuzco. You will be collected from Cusco airport by a representative before transferring to your handpicked Cusco hotel, where you can rest and acclimatize to the high altitude. In the afternoon a professional, English-speaking guide will take you on a tour of the historical city of Cusco, including the legendary site of Sacsayhuaman that overlooks the city.

Day 3 : The Sacred Valley |
Following breakfast in your hotel you will begin a tour of Peru's beautiful Sacred Valley, with a professional, bi-lingual tour guide. Your tour includes a visit to the important ruins at the ancient village of Ollantaytambo followed by a visit to the colorful and rustic market at Pisac. *Sacred Valley tour day may change order with Machu Picchu tour day based on schedule.

Day 4 : Inca Trail |
After an early breakfast you will set out on the first day of the world-famous Inca Trail. The trail begins by following the Urubamba River that runs through the Sacred Valley, giving stunning views of the jungle-clad mountains before arriving at the first campsite in Wayllabamba. |
Day 5 : Inca Trail |
From the campsite at Wayllabamba you will begin the toughest climb of the trail, hiking up to the 4,200m (16,000ft) "Dead Woman's Pass." The scenery from this point is spectacular, with distant views of winding valleys and snow-capped, mountainous peaks. Descending to the campsite at Pacaymayo, you will enjoy a well-earned meal and rest for the remainder of the day. |
Day 6 : Inca Trail |
The final full day of the trek is less strenuous and takes you past a series of important historical and archeological ruins. The trail begins its descent through cloud forests and into the thicker jungle of the valley towards the ruins of Winay Huayna, where you will camp for the final night. |
Day 7 : Machu Picchu |
You will rise early to complete the final leg of the trek towards the magnificent citadel of Machu Picchu. Arriving at the Sun Gate in time for sun rise, you will be rewarded with your first glimpse of the site as the fog begins to lift. Your guide will give you a full tour of the famous site before you transfer back to Cusco to rest in your comfortable hotel.

After breakfast you will meet a representative and transfer back to Cusco airport for your flight home or to continue to your onward destination. |
