Day 1 : Arrival at Lima |
A representative will meet you at the Lima airport for your transfer to your comfortable hotel located in the district of Miraflores (tourist area of Lima). Depending on your international flight arrival time, you may have time to enjoy Lima and its fabulous cuisine.

Day 2 : Arrival at Arequipa |
Transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Arequipa. You will be picked up from Arequipa airport and taken to your quality Arequipa hotel for a chance to relax and get used to the high altitude. Later on you will enjoy a guided tour of Arequipa, known as the "White City" and considered by many to have the most beautiful and elegant architecture of any city in Peru.

Day 3 : Arequipa - Colca Canyon |
After an early breakfast you will take a journey into the dramatic landscapes that surround Arequipa. Your guided tour will take you to the Cruz Del Condor in the spectacular Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world and a well known place for spotting the famous Andean Condor. You will spend the night in a lodge near to the canyon itself.

Day 4 : Colca Canyon - Arequipa |
After breakfast you will have a further chance to explore the rugged beauty of Peru's Canyon Region, as well as experience the unique cultures of this region. You will then transfer back to Arequipa and have the opportunity to sample some of the city's fine cuisine.

Day 5 : Arequipa - Cusco |
You will take a transfer to the airport for the short flight to Cusco where you will be met by a representative and taken to your comfortable hotel with some time to relax. That evening you will be able to explore the ancient, vibrant city of Cusco at your leisure.

Day 6 : Cusco |
You will spend a full day getting to know the city of Cusco, the former capital of the glorious Inca Empire. You will enjoy a guided tour of the city, visiting some of the many important historical sites, including the imposing fortress of Sacsayhuaman which lies on the hills above Cusco.

Day 7 : The Sacred Valley |
Following breakfast in your hotel you will begin a tour of Peru's beautiful Sacred Valley, with a professional, bi-lingual tour guide. Your tour includes a visit to the important ruins at the ancient village of Ollantaytambo followed by a visit to the colorful and rustic market at Pisac.

Day 8 : Machu Picchu |
Following an early breakfast you will take a scenic train journey through the Sacred Valley towards the legendary and mythical citadel of Machu Picchu. Arriving at the ruins you will enjoy a guided tour of the entire site, its fascinating history and gain an insight into the Inca's way of life.

Day 9 : Cusco - Puerto Maldonado |
After breakfast you will take an early flight to Puerto Maldonado, an outpost town in Peru's Amazon Rainforest. Arriving in the jungle you will board a boat for a transfer downriver to your excellent lodge deep within the rainforest.

Day 10 : Puerto Maldonado |
You will spend a full day exploring the dense, wild world of the Amazon Rainforest from the comfort of your jungle lodge. Professional guides will take you on hikes and a boat excursion through the forest, while helping you spot some of the countless species of creatures living among the trees.

Day 11 : Puerto Maldonado |
You will enjoy another full day of excursions in the rainforest, including a hike guided by an indigenous Ese'eja community member who will explain his community's way of life and how the Ese'eja people live in harmony with the rainforest.
